PUTRAJAYA (Nov 9): The Attorney-General’s Chambers decided not to proceed with the prosecution against former Sabah chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman in 2012 because the investigation was focused on political contribution, according to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). In a statement issued here today, the MACC said the commission had conducted an investigation against Musa and the investigation papers had been submitted to the Attorney-General’s Chambers July 2012 for further action.
